Returns and Refund Policy

Return is defined as the action of giving back an item purchased by the customers to Cresa Greentech. Go through the cases mentioned below the customer would only get a replacement and no refund:

  • If the item received was defective.
  • If the item was damaged in transit
  • If one or some products were missing

The customer can only request a refund when our products go out of stock or are unavailable due to some reasons.

Returns

Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not accept any return (other than the cases mentioned above). In any of the cases mentioned above, the customer can ask us for a replacement.

Please note, returns are not accepted for items that are purchased at a discounted rate.

Also, to process and complete your request, we would ask for a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (Only if Applicable)

Once we’ve received your complaints, we do our best to help the customer with the issue. In the event of your refund, we will notify you of the approval or rejection through emails or calls. In case the refund gets approved, we will process a credit to the payment card or other method of payment within 10 to 15 days.

Please note, refunds are not processed for the items that are purchased at a discounted rate.

Some of the RULES that apply to this policy are:

  • The purchased items will not be returned or refunded if the packet is torn apart.
  • In case of damaged products, the customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Also, the customer needs to provide visual proof (photo/video) within 3 days from the time of delivery.
  • In case of missing products, the customer needs to raise the request and share an unboxing video as proof.
  • If the product has been marked delivered but the customer hasn’t received it, he/she needs to raise the complaint within 24 hours.
  • The product that needs to be replaced (only in the event of the above cases) must be in its original condition with its tags and packaging intact.
  • Replacements will be only processed after a quality check by the experts at Cresa Greentech.
